Jake Lader

Jake is an associate at Harfenist Kraut & Perlstein LLP. His practice focuses on a wide range of litigation in both state and federal courts throughout New York, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution forums. Jake has represented both businesses and individuals in commercial and civil litigation matters, including claims involving breach of contract, employment disputes and issues arising out of real estate transactions. Jake works with clients to understand their needs and resolve their disputes efficiently.

Jake is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Jake graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he participated in the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic. Jake received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
