Leo Napior is a senior associate with a broad range of legal issues, including real estate, land use, commercial litigation, tax certiorari, and title insurance claims/defense.

Leo has provided legal counsel to municipalities, individual landowners, private institutions, and real estate developers on a variety of topics and issues, including all aspects of real estate transactions, land use, phases of project development, and more.

Specifically, he understands all of the complex details and “red tape” that often accompanies land development. His wide-ranging knowledge of land use and land development allows him to provide clients with guidance on a variety of topics from acquisition and financing to municipal approvals and construction-related issues.

Having practiced in land use his entire career, he has a thorough understanding of the various zoning codes and boards, and has developed a network of contacts to assist clients in navigating through the bureaucratic logjam that many face in developing property.

Leo’s clients often tell him they appreciate his level-headed and focused approach to achieving their goals while avoiding the prolonged conflicts that are all too common in the industry.
