Andrew Lang is a senior associate at Harfenist Kraut & Perlstein LLP, bringing extensive experience in state and federal litigation as well as arbitration proceedings.

Throughout his career, Andrew has represented a diverse array of clients, including commercial mortgage lenders, real estate owners, title insurers, food wholesalers, motor fuel wholesalers, residential builders, supermarket owners, and taxi medallion leasing and financing companies. This broad spectrum of experience has involved him in nearly every form of complex commercial litigation imaginable. His expertise encompasses business torts such as fraudulent inducement, alter ego liability, and intentional interference with contract, as well as contractual interpretation, breach of contract, and the dissolution of corporations and limited liability companies.

Before joining HKP in 2006, Andrew served as general counsel for one of the largest taxi medallion companies in New York City. In this role, he provided comprehensive legal support across various services, including medallion and taxicab financing, brokerage services for insurance and taxi medallion sales, and ensured regulatory compliance with the rules of the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission.
